INSTRUCTIONS FOR IEEE TRANSACTIONS ON CONSUMER ELECTRONICS:

• Full versions of all accepted papers are encouraged to be submitted to the IEEE Transactions on Consumer Electronics.
• The submission deadline for inclusion in the special February conference-only edition of the Transactions is January 15.
• You must correctly fill in the ICCE section of the Paper Submission Form to be considered for the conference issue.
• Note that acceptance to the conference does not guarantee acceptance to the Transactions. Acceptance criteria, especially with regards to Consumer Electronics scope, are strict.
• Papers must actually be presented at the conference to be considered, and a list of no-shows will be forwarded to the Transactions editor.
