Any registrant who enters in a country other than US will be prompted to fill out the Visa Information.
After filling out the information and upon checkout you will be given the option to print out your letter of invitation.
You have to register in order to get a letter, the system will not print out letters of invitation until you are registered.

Please note that the ICCE

Is not an accredited school and cannot help obtain student visas
Does not pay visitors expenses in the United States and cannot supply letters of financial support
Cannot expedite or help obtain a visa, this is the responsibility of the visitor

Each visitor needs to satisfy the United States Embassy that they qualify for a visa, specifically showing that;

The purpose of their trip is to enter the U.S. for business, pleasure, or medical treatment;
That they plan to remain for a specific, limited period; and
That they have a residence outside the U.S. as well as other binding ties which will insure their return abroad at the end of the visit.

The State Department advises that it may be difficult to obtain a visa at any embassy other than the embassy in the visitor's home country. This is because of the difficulty in verifying information on the form DS-156. This will make it difficult for visiting professors or personnel on assignment in foreign countries to obtain visas. Be aware of this problem and schedule your application at a time when you can visit the U.S. embassy in your native country.
